Raafa guides patients with coordination, patience, and compassionate communication. With over 15 years of experience in medical administration across Dubai and Riyadh, she has worked in leading clinics, handling reception, patient coordination, translation, billing, licensing, and office management with a steady and professional approach.

Education & Experience

Raafa holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and a Diploma of Education from Tishreen University in Syria, combining strong communication skills with deep familiarity in clinical environments. Her combined experience in clinical environments and client-facing roles allows her to manage patient flow with confidence and maintain a smooth, respectful atmosphere in the clinic.
